Usually a short meeting of 30 to 60 minutes follows, at our office in Rotterdam or online. No sales pitch, just getting to know each other and seeing if there is a good fit.

No. We work for companies and organisations across the Netherlands and internationally. Our office is in Rotterdam, but meetings can also take place online. A large portion of our clients work from Amsterdam, The Hague and elsewhere.
That depends on our capacity at the time of enquiry, and we will tell you honestly where it stands. Typically we can start within two to four weeks after a confirmed project.
It varies greatly per project. A first version with core features only (MVP) starts from €10,000, an app with a backend for data or user management from €20,000. More complex projects go higher. In a first call we always give an honest price range so you know what to expect before taking further steps.
It is worth having when you face a decision with large consequences and you are not sure what the right approach is. Think of the choice between a first working version and a full product, the right technology for your situation, or whether an existing system is worth taking over.

The first conversation is always free. After that it depends on the question. Short questions we sometimes simply answer by email. Longer pieces of work, such as a technical audit or architectural advice, we charge for by agreement.
We work by the hour, without compulsory packages or fixed contracts. We always discuss beforehand what you can expect and what it will cost you.
With advice we explore the question together, without anything being built straight away. The result is insight: a recommendation, an architectural sketch, or an honest judgement on an existing system.
In a development project we actually build. Sometimes a collaboration starts with an advisory conversation and a project follows. But that is not an obligation. Advice stands on its own, and if we advise that you are better off elsewhere, we say so.
