About the project
The Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken (NVB) represents the Dutch banking sector. Staff maintain daily contacts with various stakeholders: policy makers, bankers, entrepreneurs and media. These contacts, along with their notes and event attendance, were spread across different systems.
We developed a web application that allows NVB staff to centrally manage their entire stakeholder network. Notes, events, contact history and objectives are available in one place. All data is secured and staff can see who else is communicating with the same stakeholder.

The challenge
NVB staff managed stakeholders across Excel, email, calendar and various CRM systems. This led to duplication, miscommunication and lost context. It was impossible for managers to see which relationships their team was maintaining.
The approach
We built an Angular web application that centrally manages all stakeholder information. NVB staff can add stakeholders with contact details, notes and event attendance. Managers automatically see who is communicating with which stakeholder.

The NVB Stakeholders App gives all staff and managers insight into stakeholder relationships and communication history in one secure place.
