Our approach
Before we start building, we always honestly answer the make-or-buy question: is custom development really the right choice here, or does an existing package solve the problem too? If a standard solution is sufficient, we say so. If custom is the better choice, we explain why.
We start with a thorough intake session: what are the processes, who are the users, what systems already exist? Only once we understand this do we write a quote per phase.
We design the user interface and build a clickable prototype. This lets you experience the software before a single line of code is written.
We work in two-week sprints using Node.js or NestJS for the backend, Flutter for mobile apps and TypeScript throughout the stack. After each sprint you receive a working version to test. After launch we proactively advise on maintenance and further development.
