Casterbee is free for clients. Talents pay 15% service fees via the ClearFee model. This percentage is fully transparent and visible to all parties on the platform.

Casterbee is a booking platform for creative talent. Clients book models, actors, extras, make-up artists and photographers directly, without the involvement of a casting agency. Transparency is central: clients see rates immediately and can post or offer an assignment in just a few steps.

The platform now has over 15,000 talents and works with the so-called ClearFee model: talents see exactly how much Casterbee earns. After the shoot, invoicing is handled automatically via Online Payment Platform, so clients and talents have everything arranged without the hassle of separate invoices.

Casterbee wanted to turn this around: letting clients and talents work directly with each other, with full transparency on rates and automated handling of assignments and payments.
