Most common questions

What does it cost to have an app or web application built?

The price depends on the complexity. A straightforward app or web application starts around €10,000. Projects with integrations, multiple user roles or specific offline functionality typically range between €25,000 and €60,000. Larger platform projects go beyond that.

We work on a day-rate basis and provide a tailored quote after the intake meeting. That way you know the scope and cost upfront. Want an estimate? Schedule a call and we will look at the options together.

How long does an average project take?

A straightforward project typically takes six to ten weeks, from kick-off to delivery. More complex projects with multiple integrations, an extensive backend or many user roles take three to six months.

We plan projects in two-week sprints. After each sprint you provide feedback and we adjust where needed. This gives you continuous insight into progress with no surprises at the end.

Who owns the source code after delivery?

You do. The source code is entirely yours after delivery and payment. We hand over the code via a Git repository of your choice and document the architectural decisions so another team can continue with it.

There are no licence fees and no hidden obligations. You are free to manage the code internally or transfer it to another party.

Do you build both apps and web applications?

Yes. We build mobile apps (iOS and Android via Flutter), web applications and backend integrations. Many projects are a combination: a web application for administrators and a mobile app for end users.

Because we build the complete technical picture ourselves, you have one point of contact for the entire solution. We advise you during the intake meeting on which combination best fits your target audience and requirements.

Can you integrate with our existing software?

Yes. We have extensive experience integrating with systems such as AFAS, Exact, SAP, Salesforce and custom APIs. We assess during the intake meeting which integrations are needed and whether the existing systems have well-documented interfaces.

Integrations with poorly documented or legacy systems take more time and affect the timeline. We are always transparent about this in the quote.

Can you take over and further develop an existing system?

Yes. We first conduct a technical review of the existing codebase. We then give honest advice: sometimes continued development is the right choice, sometimes a partial or full rebuild is more cost-effective in the long run.

We also take over projects from other agencies or internal teams. The review takes time but prevents unpleasant surprises after the start.
