About the project
We set up a complete system: a Flutter app for iOS and Android, an Angular web version for those who prefer to report via the browser, and an Angular CMS for RADAR staff to view and process incoming reports. Reports are handled by RADAR and the other anti-discrimination bureaus of the discriminatie.nl network.
The Discrimination Reporter lowers the barrier to making a report. Through the simple step-by-step flow and the ability to add evidence directly, reporting is accessible to everyone, at any time.

The challenge
Discrimination on and around the football pitch was being under-reported. People didn't know where to turn, found the reporting process too cumbersome, or didn't have the time and space to do it at the moment of the incident. RADAR and the KNVB wanted a solution that is accessible to everyone, even at the time of or directly after an incident.
The approach
We built a Flutter app where the reporting flow is split into three simple steps: choose a club, select the type of discrimination and optionally add evidence. Alongside the app, there is an Angular web version for people who prefer to report via the browser. Reports arrive in an Angular CMS managed by RADAR staff.
